Paid assessments are processed through Stripe. All payments are in GBP. Once an assessment is purchased and delivered, no refunds will be provided except as required by UK consumer protection laws. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, if you request that we begin providing the service immediately (i.e., generate your assessment), you agree that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
